the front, top, point of your hip bone. |

Measure
from this point around your buttocks (below your
waist) to the same point on the other side. |

measurement is your "D" ring size. |

worn, the "D" rings should point straight ahead with
the buckle in the center holes. Consider the type
of clothing to be worn under belt when sizing....
