- Utilities team together to get power to electric vehicles - October 22, 2009
The
nation's electric utility industry said Wednesday it is committed to
helping electric vehicles become a reality. Tony Earley, chairman of
both DTE Energy and the Edison Electric Institute, said the utility
industry would work with automakers and governments to develop the
infrastructure to power electric vehicles. . . - ICUEE 2009 a resounding success - October 9, 2009
ICUEE
attracted more than 16,500 registered attendees - making it the second
largest in show history despite a down economy, especially in
construction-related markets. Also known as The Demo Expo for its
trademark of extensive equipment demonstrations in job-like conditions,
ICUEE 2009 took place October 6-8 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in
Louisville, Kentucky.
  ICUEE & The Rodeo
October was a busy month for the Electric Utility Industry with the International Construction and Utility Equipment Exposition (ICUEE) and the International Lineman's Rodeo & Expo back-to-back at the beginning of the month. Hi-Line was excited to exhibit and participate in both shows.
